Who handles your information

Plyra Pack is a brand of Sustainium AB. Sustainium AB is responsible for the personal information collected through Plyra Pack.

For privacy questions, use our contact form and start your message with “Privacy request”. You do not need approved portal access to contact us.

What we collect and why

We use your name, work email, company and message to answer enquiries, review requests and manage approved access. Access status, expiry and sign-in information help us protect restricted material.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping restricted information secure. A person reviews access requests. Submitting a request does not grant access.

Where information is processed

Webflow processes website form submissions and notifications. HubSpot stores enquiry details in our customer relationship management system so we can respond and manage the business conversation. Google Cloud provides sign-in, the approval database and private document storage. The portal application, database and document bucket are hosted in Belgium.

Provider support or service operations may involve processing outside the EEA, subject to applicable contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and access records while needed to handle your request, manage the business relationship and protect restricted information. Access normally expires after 30 days unless extended and may be revoked earlier. Expiry ends access; it does not automatically delete your request record.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to Sweden’s privacy authority, IMY.

Required fields are needed to assess an access request. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential project details.
